Need I say more?
Hyped by the media
Misunderstood by the masses...
The stuff is positively fascinating! By studying the theory, one covers
all aspects of human perception and interaction. What features do we
optimize for in our digital persona? What sort of equipment do we need
to realize a virtual landscape? What possible use does VR have? There
are so many questions, and even more answers... The only answer anyone
can truely be satisfied with is to try it for themselves.
Here are a couple of useful VR-related sites you might want to check out:
It is my hope that through these pages and links you will find other
resources that will further the development of this marvelous industry
and direction... Things is happening folks...
To me, VR is a tool. It is another step in the evolution of the
human-computer interface. By donning equipment of varying degrees of
sophistication, one is plunged into a real-time world which acts and
reacts to your presence. Everything, right down to the fundamental laws
of physics in this virtual realm are governed by the computer.
And some VR ideas of mine.
